Abstract
According to the acceleration of China's urbanization, the central cities will develop on high-speed and people will centralize to central cities. That will make the contradiction of man-land relationship more and more complex. This paper takes the Nanjing city as a case study, brings up a reasonable toleration of population of the city and propose some executive countermeasure.
