Abstract

Objective To investigate the combined detection of serum cystatin C(CysC),β2-microglobulin(β2MG) and microalbuminuria(mALB) clinical significance in hypertensive renal injury. Methods Using immunoturbidimetric assay to detect 50 cases of renal damage in patients with hypertension,50 cases of hypertension patients and 50 healthy adults(control group) serum CysC,β2MG and morning microalbuminuria content and analysis comparison of the three combined detection of renal damage in hypertension diagnosis. Results Early hypertensive renal damage in patients with serum CysC,β2MG and urine mALB levels were significantly higher than the hypertension group and control group(P0.05);each group blood CysC,β2MG and urine mALB measured values with good correlation. Conclusion CysC,β2MG and mALB early diagnosis of hypertension are more sensitive indicators of renal damage;three combined detection indicators for monitoring the occurrence of early hypertensive renal damage and progression of the disease extent are important.
