Abstract
Optimum conditions of liquid fermentations of six strains of Ganoderma lucidun were determined basing on single factor experiments in shaking flasks. It showed that medium I is suitable for 3 strains as G9,moutant tai and 444 under 28℃shaked at 80 r/min,Under the conditions, dry mycelium weight was 0.7635 g/100 ml,1.0124 g/100 ml and 0.5635 g/100 ml,respectively. For strain 44,dry mycelium weight was 0.5197 g/100 ml in medium I at 24℃shaked for 120 r/min.And for strain 265,dry mycelium weight of was 0.9954 g/100 ml in medium I at 28℃shaked for 160 r/min.Dry mycelium weight of strain 267 was 0.9302 g/100ml in medium IV at 28℃shaked for 160 r/min,Optimum conditions for production of crude exo-polysaccharide were different from that for mycelium.
