Clinical observation of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with candidal vaginitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with candidal vaginitis.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of pregnancy complicated with candidiasis vaginitis were selected from October 2008 to October 2010.They were randomly devided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group received nystatin treatment,while the treatment group received Baofukang suppository.Results Baofukang suppository could quickly relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the vaginal environment,the cure rate was 95%,regardless of symptoms or microscopic examination of candida albicans negative aspects were better than that in the control group,which showed significant difference(P0.05).The therapeutic indexes,such as clinical symptoms improved,vanishing time,laboratory examination weakly positive,negative time of treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group(P0.05),the effective rate of treatment group was better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Baofukang suppository is safe and reliable,it is worthy of popularization and application.
