Abstract

Based on the principle of combining general training with special training, this article puts forward an idea that, in order to achieve better sports results in the athletic sports training, general training must be linked with the special training organically and the former must be in proportion to the latter reasonably. Therefore, athletic sports training is provided with further reference and guidance.
