Abstract
With literature, comparative analysis and logical analysis, the paper screened the significance of training concept in the sports training process,as well as the nature and requirements of six pairs of training concepts. The results show that compatible with the athletes level, early specialized training is advocated against early adult training;promote highly specialized training, opposed to the all-round specialization;advocate specializad load under certain conditions,to avoid too much special load;emphasize comprehensive sports training, and pay more attention to the overall training.Exercise training should develop individual characteristics on the basis of technical standardization and strengthen quantified regulation following the principle of training.
