Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of omeprajole combined with mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods 120 cases of RE was randomized to two groups,60 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with omeprajole and mosapride. The control group were treated with omeprajole. The change in symptom and endoscope before and after treatment were observed. Results After treated for 8 weeks, the symptom had been improved obviously in treatment group(P0.05).Esophageal mucosa erosion was coalesce, the percentage was 81.6% and 51.7%,there was significant difference with the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of omeprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of RE is better than that of omeprazole single, the clinical symptoms were markedly improved.
