Abstract
Ascertains the heat transfer boundary condition.Building 3-dimensional model of the 16V280ZJA diesel engine piston and calculating the temperature fields of piston under the thermal loads are given applying the PRO/E software. And then,we know the key positions'temperature during the operations. As to engineer and technologist, the temperature values of specific points in piston space is requisite to calculate the thermal deformation and stress fields and provide a reference for further improving the structure and optimizing the design of such a combined-piston.
