To Explore Improved Countermeasures of the Tutorial System for Undergraduates ——Based on Minjiang University

Traditional postgraduate tutor prefers to advising students'research directions,but undergraduate tutor lays more stress on teaching students how to learn,how to create interest in their major.All college and universities keep exploring and adopt tutorial system,trying to push personnel training mode onto a new stage.But the reality is not satisfying,some problems,such as tutor's work is not clearly defined,tutors and students can not be matched correctly,some tutors are lacking in reasonability,and students are not very active appears frequently.
