Abstract
To guarantee students' freedom to study is indispensable for training creative talents of high quality, while the implementation of the undergraduate's tutorial system is a fundamental way to realize it.At present, the tutorial system in our country faces several problems, among which are insufficient funds, focus on forms rather than contents, poor choices in selection of tutors, unclear role orientation of tutors, imbalance in the working mechanism of tutors and imperfect evaluation system on tutors' working effect.Based on an analysis of these problems, the present paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of a benign interaction model in the undergraduates' tutorial system in order to bring into full play the advantages and functions of the system.
