Abstract

Objective To discuss the effect of microsurgery combined with naloxone on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 140 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were chosen from January 2012 to May2013,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group, each of 70 cases. Both groups given microsurgery, after operation control group was given conventional treatment, while study group was given naloxone on the basis of conventional treatment. Both groups treated for 2 weeks. The recovery rate, disability rate,Glasgow Outcome Scale( GOS) score and the incidence of complications after treatment were observed. Results The recovery rate and GOS score of study group were higher than those of control group, the mortality and the incidence of complications were lower than those of control group( P 0. 05).Conclusion Microsurgery combined with naloxone has a better rehabilitation effect on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, can effectively promote the recovery of neural function, improve the recovery rate, reduce the incidence of complications.
