Abstract
Under the influence of market economy, universities and colleges are trying to perfect themselves to satisfy the needs of social development, and teaching evaluation is just one aspect of self improvement. From the necessity of teaching evaluation, this paper discusses the principle and function of it and the relationship between teaching evaluation and scientific management in universities.
