Design of the Evaluation System of Teaching Management in Social Medicine Course

Social medicine teaching is one of the important contents for health personnel in college and university education,the construction of scientific and proper evaluation system for teaching management is a necessary method to ensure the teaching quality and to enhance the management effect.Using the balanced scorecard and the analytical hierarchy process,every weight of evaluation index was determined,then come to a conclusion that practice teaching,motivation form,research complementary,supervision and feedback on teaching effects,teaching evaluation from various objects are very important for promoting the level of teaching management.
