Abstract

This text were optimized the liquid medium of Cordyceps militaris.Through carbon,nitrogen single-factor com-paring experiments:ucrose was selected as the best carbon source for Militaris liquid medium,malt sugar comes next,yeast extract as the best nitrogen source,peptone comes next.The best liquid medium of Cordyceps militaris were selected by or-thogonal test:3 % sucrose,3 % yeast extract,0.1 % KH2PO4,0.15 % of MgSO4.The study provides a theoretical basis for militaris liquid medium.
