Clinical observation on TUOXI+CF+5-FU in the treatment of 25 cases of advanced colorectal cancer.

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and toxicicy of TUOXI+CF+5-FU in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 25 pationts with advanced colorectal cancer were treated with TUOXI 6mg/m 2,i.v.in a 3-hour infusion,d1-5;CF 100mg/m 2,i.v.in a 2-hour infusion,d1-5;5-FU 500mg/m 2,i.v.in a 5-hour infusion,d1-5.The treatment repeated every 3 weeks.All patients received 2 cycles.Results Of 25 evaluable patients, CR+PR was52% ,SD was32%and PD was16%.The main toxic effects were decrease in leukocytes,nause and vomiting,but they were tolerable. Conclusion The regimen of TUOXI+CF+5-FU is effective and tolerable in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
