Exploration and Analysis of Microteaching Practice of Normal University Students

Abstract

Taking the microteaching practice in Xinzhou Teachers'University as an example,the author simply introduces the basic definition,main characteristics as well as training plan of the microteaching.The practical significance of microteaching is emphasized and further discussed and analyzed in this article.The microteaching can enrich teaching theory,renew teaching idea,benefit the pre-service training of normal university students and deepen the reform of classroom teaching.
