Abstract

Microteaching training normal school students' classroom skills through modern educational technology,because it can improve the students' practical ability.biological micro-teaching has become an effective way to strengthen the normal students vocational skills training.this paper describes the theory and characteristics of micro-teaching,as well as implementation programs and training projects of micro-teaching.through practical exploration on biological teaching in normal university and constructs the reasonable educational model of biological microteaching in normal universities.
