Abstract

The paper focuses on improving the system and mechanism of geological work in the light of Decision on Strengthening Geological Work of the State Council and provides some thoughts on finding solutions to problems in relations to geological work: strengthening the construction of public geological survey contingents, setting up special funds, fostering commercial prospecting market, deepening the reform of geological prospecting units and opening geological field wide to the outside world.
