Abstract
In order to study the effect of drought stress on the growth, leaf physiological and biochemistry indices in Jinguang plum seedlings, the simulating experiment by using the potted seedlings was carried on.The results showed that with the increasing of drought stress, the plant height, leaf area, leaf fresh weight, leaf dry weight, stem dry weight, root dry weight, relative water content in leaves and chlorophyll content were decreased. The POD activity, relative membrane permeability and the content of MDA,soluble sugar and proline in leaves were increased significantly with drought stress increasing.SOD activity was tended to increase and then decreased with the drought stress increasing.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
