Analysis on Making Accordance of Professional Ability Standard for Higher Vocational School Teachers

The professionalization and professional development of higher vocational school teachers put forward urgent demand for study and making professional ability standard, and sufficient accordance is the prerequisite for standard making. The making of professional ability standard for higher vocational school teachers mainly include three aspects: the theoretic accordance mainly indicates theoretic study on teachers' knowledge and competence; the reference standard mainly include national legislation and various teachers' professional ability standards in China and abroad; the reality basis are the essen tial characteristics of higher vocational education and the particularity of higher vocational school teacher.
