Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of paeonol in Zhibaidihuang concentrated pill.METHODS Using a HPLC method with kromasil KR100-5C18(250×4.6mm)column,the mobile phase was methanol-water(70∶30) at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,the UV detection wavelength was 274nm.RESULTS In the scope of 8.168~163.36μg·mL-1,the contents of paeonol had good linear relationship with their peak area(r=0.9999,n=6)。The average recoveries were 99.12%,RSD=0.52%(n=6).CONCLUSION The results showed that the method was rapid,simple,excellent precision,and could be used for the method of determination.
