Abstract

Information industry is the pillar and strategic industry in China which is also the cornerstone of the application of information technology and national information construction.The development of information industry relies on IT talents.In this paper,the authors introduce the status of IT talent resources market,analyze the reasons for the difficulties in employment of graduates and explore the reform of training mode of the IT talents.
