Reform on Talents' Training Mode in Software Technology Major Faced with Employment

College students' poor employment quality and enterprises' hard to employ suitable talents are the common phenomenon in the process of students' employment at present.According to this contradiction,through analyzing the relation between employment quality and talents' training quality,this paper puts forward the reforming thought of talents' training mode faced with the improvement of employment quality,taking the example of software technology major.It focuses on improving talents' training quality through the enhancement of practical training link.
