Review of Theories on Managing Organizational Complexity

Organization complexity has become the essential question,which the organization is unable to avoid.How to manage organization complexity also becomes the research theme the current academic circle and the companies have been paying close attention to all the time.After having analyzed and reorganized the existing literature of organization complexity,the authors thought that we are not able to sum up simply the management of organizational complexity to reduce the complexity or increases the complexity,the different organization complexity should have the different management strategy,but the final goal is to make the organization complexity and the environment complex adaptive.
