Abstract

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood flow formula on diabetic nephropathy rats.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:control group,model group,Benazepril-treatment group and Chinese medicine treatment group.The latter three groups were induced to be diabetic nephropathy by intraperitoneal injection with strepotozocin and then were treated respectively.After eight weeks,blood glucose,serum fructosamine,blood fat,serum creatinine,urinary protein,urinary β2-M were determined.Results:Compared with model group,histology of kidney,urinary protein,blood fat,serum fructosamine,Scr,urinary β2-M were improved in Benazepril-treatment group and Chinese medicine treatment group.The 24-hour urine protein were reduced from(11.21±2.66)mg/24h to(9.37±0.73)mg/24h in Chinese medicine treatment group(P0.01).Conclusion:Supplementing qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood flow formula had the therapeutic effects on diabetic nephropathy rats.
