Review of of Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood Protective the Kidney of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To investigate the effective of Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood(one kind of traditional prescription of chinese herbal medicine) on renal functions in patients with diabetic nephropathy,and explore the significance of the prevention and treatment in diabetic nephropathy.Method The 121eligible patients were randomly divided into conventional treatment group(control group) and and Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood group(treatment group)(based on the control group,given Astragalus 30g,Angelica 6g disease according to type addition and subtraction,modified according to the illness of Chinese medicine type),comparing the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment,fasting blood glucose(FBS),postprandial two-hour blood glucose,serum uric acid(UA),creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1C),body mass index(BMI),24-hour urine albumin and other changes;Results The group of Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood improved renal function than the control group(P0.05),24-hour urine albumin was significantly lower than the control group discharge(P0.01),but BMI,FBS,HbA1C,and the postprandial two-hour blood glucose effect of no difference(P0.05);Conclusion Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood Can improve renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy,reduce urinary protein excretion.
