Crease resistance of cotton poplin with low formaldehyde resin

Abstract
DP finish of cotton poplin was undergone with low formaldehyde resin,factors exerting influence on crease resistance of fabric were discussed,such as resin concentration,pH value and curing conditions.The optimum conditions were defined as follows: 80g/L resin,pH value 4.3,curing at 155℃ for 3.5 minutes.Poplin cotton treated under the above conditions featured higher evenness,lower color difference,and better strength retention.
