Abstract
Moisture crosslinking of cotton fabric with modified 2D resin is carried out under low temperature.Satisfactory results are available by means of strictly controlling processing conditions. Some parameters affecting DP finish are investigated via orthogonal experiments. Results indicate that when treated with 200 g/L LF,30% catalyst(relative to LF) at pH value 2 for crosslinking 24 hours, cotton fabric features good DP level. The wrinkle recovery angle(WRA) of the treated fabric reaches 220°~230°,strength retention is over 60%,free formaldehyde is lower than 75 mg/kg.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
