Urogenital Tract Mycoplasma Infection and Its in vitro Susceptibility to Antibiotics:An Analysis of 862 Cases

[Objective]To study the mycoplasma infection in urogenital tract and its resistance to antibiotics.[Methods]The Mycoplasma cultivation and the drug susceptibility test of urogenital tract secretions in 862 cases were retrospectively analyzed from October 2008 to October 2009.[Results]Of 862 cases,251(29.1%) were infected with mycoplasma,219(25.4%) were infected with Uu.7(0.8%) were infected with Mh,.25(2.9%) were infected with Uu and Mh.By drug susceptibility test of Uu to 10 common antibacterial drugs,Uu had low resistance to minocycline,doxycycline,clarithromycin;Un + Hh were sensitive to minocycline,doxycycline,josamycin.[Conclusion]Uu is the main pathogen induces mycoplasma infection in urogenital tract.It's necessary to strengthen reasonable use of antibiotic in clinic,in strict accordance with the results of susceptibility testing,to improve efficacy and reduce the resistant strains.
