Abstract

A multi-residue method for the determination of 65 pesticides in vegetables and fruits by means of LC / MS / MS is presented. The pesticides were extracted by acetonitrile, enriched and cleaned up by SPE.Chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column using a gradient elution of acetonitrile-water containing 0.02% formic acid. The average recoveries ranged from 70%~120%,and the limit of detection(LOD) was 0.02~20 μg / kg.The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of these pesticides in vegetables and fruits.
