Abstract
A multi-residue method for the determination of 70 pesticides in fruits and veg- etables by means of LC-MS/MS is presented. The pesticides were extracted by acetonitrile,pu- rified using SPE and finally detected by LC-MS/MS within 35 minutes. The method is proved to be linear obtaining correlation coefficients from 0.995 to 1.000 over the range 0.01~2.00 μg/mL.The obtained recoveries are in the range 70%~120% and the LOD is 10 μg/kg.The LOD,recovery and RSD can meet the demands of the analysis of pesticide residue.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.

Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
