Abstract
A solid phase extraction-HPLC-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 21 pesticides in veg- etables and fruits has been developed. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, enriched and cleaned up by C18 solid phase extraction column. Chromatographic separation was performed on an ODS C18 column using a linear solvent acetonitrile-water gradient containing 0.1% formic acid. The results demonstrated that the lowest detectable concentration were 0.0005-0.003 mg/kg, the average recoveries for all 21 analytes ranged from 76.34-119.33%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of these pesticides in vegetables and fruits.
