Abstract
Objective To explore the test value of the serum creatinine, cystatin C,urea nitrogen and β2-microglobulin detection in the early renal damage in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 cases of early renal damage in patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the research group in Maoming Petrochemical Hospital from February 2010 to December 2010,they were divided into the normal albuminuria group with 18 cases(group A),trace albuminuria group with 20 cases(group B) and massive proteinuria group with 22 cases(group C) according to the UAER,60 health cases were selected as the control group. The serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr),cystatin-C(Cys-C),and beta 2-microglobulin(β2-MG) were tested in all objects of the study;the correlation among Cr and BUN,Cys-C,β2-MG in research group were analyzed;positive rate of indicators joint detection in research group were compared. Results ①The serum Cr,Cys-C,BUN and β2-MG in research group were higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).②The differences of Cr,BUN,Cys-C,β2-MG among the group A,group B,group C were statistically significant(F = 15.26,4.67,4.21,5.23,P 0.05).③BUN and Cr was positively correlated(r = 0.622,P 0.05);Cr and Cys-C were positively correlated(r = 0.782,P 0.05);β2-MG and Cr were positively correlated(r = 0.645,P 0.05).④Positive rate of Cr+BUN+Cys-C+β2-MG joint detection was 65.0%,which was higher than the joint inspection and individually, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The patient's level of proteinuria is higher, the level of the indicators are higher;positive rate joint detec tion of BUN,Cr,Cys-C and β2-MG are high, and they are effective indicators of clinical diagnosis.
