Abstract

As the cradle of teachers,normal universities emphasize the fostering of teachers' professional ethics among students.As a part of the big division of work in society,teaching is an occupation with unique characteristics: students' individual diversities,varied job content,long period of work,etc.In social transformation period,the professional consciousness education of normal students should be reinforced and their employment thought be consolidated to produce more qualified people's teachers for the future education.
