Abstract

Independent innovation is the core of the national competitive edge.The capability of the regional independent innovation is correlated with the economic development,FDI,RD investment,HR quality and governmental support.We should improve the regional independent innovation capability of Jiangsu province in terms of innovation culture,innovation HR,the combination of industry,study,and research,and regional cooperation.
