Research on the Dynamic Evaluation of Jiangsu's Regional Innovation Capability:2006-2010

This paper analyzes the regional innovative capability of Jiangsu Province from 2006 to 2010.The result shows that: The pattern of regional innovation capability is as same as the pattern of economic society development: different cities exhibited difference on innovation capability;the regional disparity has presented an overall decline and an increase at first and a decrease afterwards during 2006-2010.It finds differences in the innovation input and performance.The regional disparity among Southern,Mid and Northern Jiangsu is larger than their internal disparity.And the regional disparity contribution is growing year by year.The three regions in Jiangsu Province should take different innovation capability policy adapting to their own characteristics.An industry transfer from south to north in Jiangsu Province should be made in order to achieve the effective unification of structure adjustment,transformation and upgrading as well as steady-growth in economy.
