Therapeutic Effect of Microwave 5% with Imiquimod Cream Combined in the Treatment of Perianal Condyloma Acuminatum

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 5% imiquimod cream combined with microwave in the treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum(CA). Methods The patients in control group were respectively treated with the single microwave,other patients in treatment group were treated with the 5% imiquimod cream combined with microwave.Results The recovery rates in treatment group were 81.08%,and the recurrent rates were 18.92%,The recovery rates in control group were 65.71% and the recurrent rates were34.29%.There were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion 5% imiquimod cream combined with microwave in treatment of CA has good clinical reasult.
