Thought on Positive Psychological Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

Positive psychology,a new research field,focuses on making a valuable life and gives researches into man's potential and positive qualities,as well as his mental health,well-being and development.After considering problems in psychological educational in vocational colleges,based on students' features and objectives of talent cultivation,the paper suggests constructing a developmental model of psychological education in vocational education by changing traditional educational model,introducing the idea of positive psychology,building students' positive qualities and emotions.
