Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the semi-bionic enzyme extraction technology of water-soluble component of Salvia miltiorrhiza of Fangling.METHODS:The extraction technology of S.miltiorrhiza was optimized by orthogonal design using the field of salvianolic acid B,total phenolic acid and dry extract as index and the amount of enzyme, enzymolysis duration and ratio of liquid to material as factors.RESULTS:Optimal extraction condition were as follows:hydrolase of 3 mg·g-1,enzymolysis duration of 2 h,ratio of liquid to material of 1:22.CONCLUSION:The optimized extraction condition is reasonable and practical, and provides theoretic basis for further study of S.miltiorrhiza of Fangling.
