Abstract

Digital technology in traditional library brings development opportunity.The revolution of information technology promotes the traditional library to a computerized,networked,digital development.Based on analysis of Digital Library and its characteristics of university library,the paper expounds the necessity of constructing digital library,and puts forward specific measures.
