Abstract
This paper briefly expounds the basic conceptions of the digital library, introduces the advantages of the digital library comparing with the traditional library, and points out that the key work of the construction of the digital library is constructing the digital resources, and realizing the digitalization of the information resources with the local characteristics and the national characteristics.
