Abstract
The construction of the digital library is the developing direction of university library,and the digital library is the existence of future library .This paper introduces the definition of the digital library and the significance of constructing the digital library,expounds the functions and effects of the digital library, and points out some problems needing to be solved in the construction of the digital library.
