Abstract
Through flask culture, research Lentinula edods submerged culture optimum fermentation time, the optimum carbon, nitrogen and optimum best quality carbon and nitrogen ratio. Results showed that the optimal incubation time for 168 hours, from mycelium 0.399g(dry weight) / 50ml bacilli, the optimum carbon sugar, dry mycelium reach 0.396g/50ml bacilli; For optimum nitrogen beef extract, dry weight of mycelium reach 0.421g/50ml bacilli, and the orthogonal experimental screening the best quality carbon and nitrogen ratio : W(sucrose) : W(beef extract) : W(maltose) = 2.5:1:1.
