Clinical effect observation of Zhong tong an capsule treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis in 60 cases

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhong tong an capsule trating nerve root type cervical spondy-losis. Methods 120 cases with nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=60) and the control group(n=60).The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was given Zhong tong an capsule on the base of routine treatment.After 8 weeks,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results In the observation group,38 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were effec-tive,3 cases were ineffective, and its total effective rate was 95.0%;In the control group,30 cases were markedly effec-tive,20cases were effective,10cases were ineffective and its total effective rate was 83.3%,the total effective rate of the observation group washigher than that in the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Zhong tong an capsule treating nerve root type cervical spondylosishas significant clinical curative effect,and it is worthy of learning.
