Abstract

[Objective]To observe clinical effect of treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis(Qi stagnation and blood stasis)by composite therapy.[Method]The 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Control group 50 cases oral application meloxicam plus cervical traction,Treatment group 70 cases in the control group based on the use of Xinshentong Zhuyu decoction. After a coures of treatment(3weeks) to determine the efficacy.[Results]The treatment group were markedly 60 cases, effective 9 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency rate for 98.60%.The control group were markedly 25 cases, effective 15 cases, invalid 10 cases, the total efficiency rate for 80.00%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]Treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis(Qi stagnation and blood stasis)by composite therapy has a good effect.
