The medium-small sized enterprises are playing an very important role in the development of our national economy.However,in the recent years,they develop slowly.One of the reasons is lack of a strong financial supporting system to them.Therefore,in order to improve their development,the legislature for the medium-small sized enterprises should be strengthened,the medium-small sized banks and the local banking structures should be developed mand the financial supporting systems to the medium-small sized enterprises in the new stage.
