The small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in our national economy.Their further development depends on funds.On the one hand,the small and medium-sized enterprises should tighten up the inner management and accumulation;On the other hand,the financial institution,the main supporter of outer funds,should make further reforms in intensity,change ideas,set up new pattern relationship between bank and enterprise and provide new financial services constantly.The government should help the small and medium-sized enterprises to establish perfect legal system,it also should provide the support for the guarantee and mortagage of the small and medium-sized enterprises to make their funds demands.
