Research on Environmental Education in World Geography Teaching

Abstract

The environmental education is of great significance for geographical specialty in normal college.World geography course is very suitable for environmental education in view of it's teaching contents and targets as well as subject attribute.Environmental education by methods of area comparison,enquiry learning,role playing activity class,extracurricular activities in world geography teaching could raise students' environmental awareness and optimize their environmental behavior.
