Abstract
The quality of higher vocational education is becoming a concerning issue along with the inflation of college enrollment scale.To improve the education quality,a proper evaluation system must be established for evaluation and monitoring purpose,ensuring its fitness for social needs to the largest extent.This paper makes its point on the necessities of the construction of such a system,as well as its main principles and implementation measures.
