Abstract
In this article the software of Pro/Engineer is used to draw the solid model of robot and assembly each part to constitute a system. At last the whole system is transferred the software of ANSYS.With the simplified model and element equivalent simulation, the finite element model that is analyzed by model vibration theory and finite element theory is established. After the vibration deformation analysis of whole system, the weak parts that are each bearing joint and the parts of power transmission chains are confirmed. So enforcing weak parts stiffness increases the whole system dynamic ability.
